The patisserie differs from renowned makers by producing its macarons in London, as opposed to being created overseas and shipped to outposts in the UK.
The flavours of Anges de Sucre’s marshmallows and macarons are inspired by tastes found across the globe, and bespoke products and packaging are available in order to align with individual businesses.
Reshmi Bennett, founder of Anges de Sucre said, “Being a local London-based producer and drawing inspiration from the world all over, Anges de Sucre can provide retailers with not just unique and delectable products but also a story behind each flavour covering the origins of the authentic ingredients as well as the creative inspiration to tempt the most discerning of palates.
“For example, we use genuine Iranian pistachios and organic rose petals for our Pistache Vera and Damask Rose macarons and Road to Ispahan marshmallows. Also, typical macaron and marshmallow flavours bring a grown up twist to forever favourites such as Chocolate and Organic Orange macarons and real banana marshmallows topped with Belgian milk chocolate and sea-salted caramel, which are appealing to adults and children alike.”
