British Airways passengers have been indulging in Island Bakery’s classic Shortbread and signature Lemon Melts in the skies.

Specially scaled-down versions of the two-pack biscuits have been flying out of both Heathrow and Gatwick airports on domestic and international British Airways flights. The biscuits’ appearance onboard has prompted a record number of enquiries from appreciative biscuit eaters to the company’s Tobermory office. The biscuits are distributed in the UK through a number of good wholesalers. The firm is keen for its retail stockists to register with them, so they can point eager consumers in their direction.
